What are your order minimums?
Minimums are set per product and pack size, and are kept low to make it easy to start. Exact case packs and MOQs appear on your line sheet once your account is approved.
How does FOB work?
We ship FOB Origin from Los Angeles — title and freight responsibility transfer to you at our facility, so you control carrier and cost. Prefer us to arrange it? We also quote managed freight.
What's the lead time?
Standard lead time is about 48 hours from an approved order, since everything is baked fresh. Large or recurring programs are scheduled in advance.
Do you offer payment terms?
Net terms are available on approval. New accounts typically begin on card or prepay and graduate to terms as the relationship grows.
Can I get samples?
Yes. Once your application is in, we'll arrange a sample set so your team can taste and merchandise before committing to an assortment.
